With more than 20 years’ experience in PR, I am well-placed to offer counsel at a strategic level.  Having worked across a range of sectors, including food, energy and sustainability, within international blue-chip companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, consultancies and the public sector, my hands-on experience of organisational systems and structures helps me to quickly assimilate the teams I lead into different client cultures.

I hold Accredited PR Practitioner status through the completion of an annual cycle of continuing professional development with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

I have an Instagram addiction I’m trying to control, enjoy live music, film, theatre, outdoor swimming and I’m still working hard to find my inner yogi!
